OVERVIEW: Life is about connection and what better way to connect with ourselves and with others than through nature play?

Starting the day with outdoor yoga in the woods, we will engage a variety of outdoor activities and games, collecting and painting rocks as well as learning about the variety of wildlife that thrives in the area, how they survive and how we are effecting their ecosystem and what we can do to help. We finish up by building a birds nest you can take home.
