We look forward to your arrival and would like to share some information to help you prepare for your visit with us. We invite you to explore our beautiful valley and all that is has to offer.

Please note that as of Monday 27th July, 2020 Marriott International requires all hotel guests to wear masks in indoor public spaces. We highly recommend you bring a mask with you, however if you do not have a mask we will provide you with one during check-in. Thank you in advance for helping create a safe environment for all guests and team members.

We are pleased to open the hydrotherapy cycle on Friday, July 24th.

Please note that occupancy will be significantly reduced and we are now opening for two hydrotherapy sessions per day of 65 guests maximum. Reservations are required. The saunas, steam rooms and exfoliation cabin are currently closed as per government guidelines. Massage treatments are available with many precautions in place to ensure your safety and comfort.

Join us in one of hour dining outlets during your stay. We have reduced seating capacity and increased cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of our guests and team members.

We recommend you make a reservation for Forte Restaurant prior to your arrival. You can do so by clicking the Forte Restaurant button located on the right.

Looking for a delicious meal on the go? Take advantage of our Picnic Menu available at Market Cafe or the Adventure Ready Menu and take the time to explore the valley.

You’ll notice several enhancements to our cleaning practices throughout public spaces and guest rooms. These include:

  • Enhanced Public Space Cleaning. We have increased the frequency of cleaning and disinfection, especially in high-traffic areas like restrooms, elevators, and provided more hand sanitizing stations.
  • Social Distancing Practices. You will see signage throughout the hotel promoting physical distancing and encouraging guests to stand at least 6 feet apart.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). Associates will wear PPE (e.g., face coverings, gloves, etc.) based on the activities they are performing.
  • Guest Rooms. Every guest room is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between each guest.

Maintaining safe social distances is one of the most important measures we can all take to reduce unnecessary contact. Marriott Bonvoy members can use the Marriott Bonvoy App (also available on the App Store and Google Play) to take advantage of contactless options, including:

  • Mobile Check-In/Check-Out. Forgo the front desk altogether and go straight to your guest room using Mobile Key.

If you are not a Marriott Bonvoy member yet, click the button on the right to enroll.

We’re excited to be able to welcome our guests back to enjoy the recreation area located in the lower level of the Lodge.

The Indoor Waterpark currently has a maximum capacity of 35 guests at any time. Please select the button on the right to book a time to ensure you’re able to enjoy the waterpark of hot tub. Each family can book maximum 2 timeslots of 1 hour a day and it is required to wear mask in the pool area unless enjoying the waterpark or hot tub.

We are currently only operating the outdoor portion of the indoor/outdoor hot tub located beside the indoor waterpark.

The steam room and sauna remain closed as per government guidelines until Phase 3.
