Please note that Kananaskis is currently in an OPEN ZONE as per the government classification. While we follow all provincial mandates, notably social distancing, face coverings required, and enhanced cleaning protocols, certain restrictions do not apply to our area.

Face Coverings
Please note that we require all hotel guests to wear masks in indoor public spaces. We highly recommend you bring a mask with you, however, if you do not have a mask we will provide you with one during check-in. Thank you in advance for helping create a safe environment for all guests and team members.
 
Kananaskis Nordic Spa
You may now book solo massages and reserve a session to enjoy hydrotherapy. The pools, saunas, steam rooms, Two Trees Bistro and massage treatments are now open. The exfoliation cabin remains temporarily closed.
 
Indoor Waterpark
The indoor waterpark, indoor/outdoor hot tub and steam room are now open under limited occupancy. Please note that a reservation must be made prior to enjoying the facilities. Click here to book your time today.
 
Dining options
We are following all government guidelines in regard to social distancing. We are looking forward to welcoming you at Forte Restaurant, Blacktail Bar and Market Café, and will have our Adventure-Dining menu, ready for you to enjoy in the comfort of your room, or on the trail! We recommend booking your Forte dining experience prior to your arrival. You can do so by clicking here.
 
Please note that we are offering a reduced-menu comprising of our most popular dishes at this time. 
 
Family Activities
The Children Centre is now located beside our Indoor Waterpark at a reduced capacity (one family at a time) and increased sanitization measures, however, we are not resuming our group activities at this time. We are working on developing fun, safe activities as soon as it is safe to do so. 
 
What do you recommend to do in the area?
Explore the Kananaskis Valley! There are numerous amount of trails and stunning areas to enjoy. Be sure to visit Explore Kananaskis for a list of activities to discover. Follow safety guidelines, and please ready for everything from avalanches to wildlife encounters. Kananaskis Outfitters, located in the Village, is ready to help you find the perfect destination for your abilities. 
 
 
Fireside Moments
The fire will burn every night, and music will play. However, we will not be serving s’mores at this time. We will also be ensuring that physical distancing rules are respected. 
 
Reservation Policy
Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to your arrival if your booking is from Dec 24th to Jan 2nd.* 
Outside this period, no cancellation fees are required up to 24 hours prior to your stay if you booked through Marriott.com, in person, through the Global Reservations Marriott team or through our In-House Reservations team.*
 
*Please note, if you booked with any company that is not through Marriott you must cancel your reservation through them (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com, etc.).
